Holy Week
The final week of Lent commemorates the events leading up to Jesus's crucifixion and resurrection. Please join us at any service. Palm/Passion Sunday April 13, 10:30 am We celebrate with a palm procession - recalling Christ's ride into Jerusalem - and the Holy Eucharist. Maundy Thursday April 17, 6 pm We gather for a simple soup meal, recall Jesus’ washing of His disciples’ feet, share the Holy Eucharist and then strip the altar and have a time of silent prayer. Good Friday April 18, 10:30 am We come together for prayer and to meditate on the Cross. Easter Sunday April 20, 10:30 am We rejoice with the communal flowering of the Cross and the Holy Eucharist. Sunday Eucharist 10:30 am Everyone is welcome at Christ's table. Join us Sundays at 10:30 am. We provide an easy to follow printed program of the service. Stay for coffee afterwards! Our Sunday School program (Sept-May) for ages 5 and up has children in church at the beginning and end of worship, and in a fun, supervised program in between. |
